New dishes making an appearance on this year’s dinner menu include Moroccan Spiced Calamari, Crispy Shrimp and Crab Rolls with Smoked Tomato and Mango Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce; Pan Roasted Red Snapper, and the succulent 12oz Wagyu Sirloin Steak. Also known as Kobe-style beef, this is an A-lister steak lauded for its high percentage of unsaturated fat, and tender marbled texture. One of only a handful of restaurants in Spain offering this meat connoisseur’s treat.
