It is indeed.
For six months every year you eat, sleep, breathe Nikki Beach Marbella. How do you do it?
When you like what you do, you don’t really feel the pressure and stress.
How did you land such an amazing job in the first place?
In 2003 while working in Miami as a restaurant manager at the Westin Hotel Resort and Spa in I was offered the opportunity to be part of the Nikki Beach opening team and the first opening was in Marbella
Oh and I forgot to mention, with the fast growth of Nikki Beach around the world you also get to spend the winters in exotic locations such as Turks and Caicos and Koh Samui – what brings you back to Marbella?
Marbella is like a second home for me, I have always returned here every year, since we first opened in 2003.
How do you explain the fact that despite the world economic turndown, Nikki Beach is still brimming with people coiffing vintage champagne, and even spraying champagne for fun….
I believe that what makes Nikki Beach stand apart is the exceptional service, quality food, exclusive entertainment and consistency year after year.
If you had to describe yourself in one adjective, which would it be?
Straightforward.
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Opening 5 out of the 12 Nikki Beach locations World Wide.
“All work and no play”… in your case, where are the boundaries?
I go by the ‘’work hard party harder’’ maxim.

To achieve the best resort in the world title with Nikki Beach Marbella

In high school, I was a motorcycle jacketed, black Led Zeppelin T-shirt and Kodiak work boot wearing rocker with long curly hair to my shoulders.

Bringing together with Nikki Beach luxury and sophistication to the local beach club scene.

My dream is to live happily in every moment of my life, and own a small island in the Caribbean with a lobster farm next to it.
