Sure to wow the crowd this summer are an array of light, healthy, luxurious sushi dishes, perfect for devouring under the swaying palm trees on those long, hot afternoons and evenings. The Picasso Roll is a new addition to the menu and is made with fresh lobster, crab, asparagus and mango whilst the Chix and Beets Roll will tempt spice addicts with its delicious blend of teriyaki chicken and red beets.

Also new on the menu are irresistible creations such as Sashimi of White Tuna and Watermelon, Rocket and Mint Salad along with Fresh Fish and Seafood Ceviche, Duck Breast marinated in Cointreau, Fresh grilled Atlantic Salmon on a bed of Sweetcorn Tortillas, Spicy Avocado and Tomato Salsa and Tika Marinated Shrimp Wraps. Nikki favourites such as the succulent Kobe-beef Sliders will also be available this summer.
