The Celima restaurant at Hotel Hermitage is already attracting attention from the Coast’s foodies…  The  establishment has secured the services of Rod Williams , a top executive chef from Manchester (UK),  whose impressive career has seen him head up the kitchens for eight years in Spain including Sotogrande where he ran his own restaurant. The new menu has a tantalizing mix of  Mediterranean, Asian and North Africa recepies. Rod’s repertoire of dishes based on the freshest local Mediterranean produce, including fruits, vegetables and herbs from the hotel’s own kitchen garden, and local game specialities. Gourmet evenings,  wine tastings and special seasonal menus are sure to be a key attraction of this chic, country hideaway.  A superb three-course lunch menu is available every day, Monday to Friday for just approx 15€ per head, including VAT.
