Terms & Conditions of marbellas.com’s 5th anniversary prize draw
1. Prizes are awarded to subscribers of marbellas.com’s newsletter.
2. Prizes will be drawn in September 2010 and winners will be informed by email, and the results will
be published on the website.
3. Winners may be requested to be photographed at the location of their prize, and photos will subsequently be published on marbellas.com
4. All prize winners will be given a voucher to present to the sponsor business on taking their prize.
5. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual business offering the prize -and will be stated clearly to prize winners on receiving news of the prize.
6. Prizes are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
7. The time frame of each prize, once exceeded, will render the prize null and void.
8. The decision of marbellas.com is final, and no correspondence will be entered into once prizes are awarded.
9. Details given in subscribing are treated as private, and respected under the laws of data protection in Spain.
