Tired, Deflated, Burnt Out?
Feeling stressed, under the weather, burnt out, can’t get kick started in

on stimulants to get going or in a bid to keep energy levels up. This

The Remedy
Adrenal fatigue syndrome can be overcome with changes to your lifestyle -
particularly positive changes to your diet.
– Raw food is particularly beneficial – so go for plenty of salads, fruit and
smoothies
– eat oily fish
– consume wholegrain foods with plenty of vitamin B5
- make sure vitamin C levels are topped up with plenty of citric fruits.




Importantly, you need to look after yourself and avoid making excessive demands
on yourself.
- Establish your priorities, ie, health, family, career, status
– Avoid poor food choices
– Get to bed and get up at regular times
– Try not to strive for perfection
- Schedule in more fun activities
