The longest established business association on the Coast, it also counts the most members, with over 600 associated members. Members of the local Spanish
“establishment” form the core of the administration of this association which has a certain sway with Town Halls and the Junta de Andalucia.
Long lunches are held monthly, more practical power breakfasts have been introduced. A directory of members is a useful tool, with discounts among associates.

The new kid on the block in terms of actual time established on the Coast. With 7am starts, this club presumably believes the early bird catches the worm.
With chapters all over the world, the practice of awarding a bottle of cava to the person who can collect the most business cards in the least time makes the early alarm clock worthwile.

Formed in the main by long-term foreign residents, this club meets monthly for long, leisurely lunches. The voice of experience can be useful for newer businesses, while the after dinner speakers can be most interesting. Lunches are usually arranged at exceptional value.

Fair Trading
A different type of association, this is more of an office of fair trading, offering a stamp of approval to all its members to create confidence in the marketplace when it comes to selecting products and services. Billed as the place for people “who are proud of their business”, it offers a code of conduct to be followed.
