The palatial Villa Padierna Hotel, one of the most opluent establishments in the Marbella area, has surprised its clientele by biringing one of the most creative, avant-garde chefs in the country to revolutionize the cuisine of their classic La Veranda restaurant.

Now lovers of innovative gastronomy can kick back on the exquisite terraces of La Veranda and enjoy a symphony of culinary flavours and textures with a tempting menu of original dishes from the super chef from San Sebastian. At a relaxed and sophisticated cocktail party, guests were given a preview of some of the delights on offer at this exciting new gastronomic gem. Among the most memorable tasty morsels were the Beetroot Chips, Squid Rissoto, Cod Tartlets and Chicken with Curry and Coconut.
