At a relaxed and sophisticated cocktail party, guests were given a preview of some of the delights on offer at this exciting new gastronomic gem. Among the most memorable tasty morsels were the Beetroot Chips, Squid Rissoto, Cod Tartlets and Chicken with Curry and Coconut.
