Nine Week Intensive Yoga Course

Every Thursday evening from 7.30pm to 9.30pm 17 April to 22 June. Sharon Nemes and Lori Sjollema will take you through the asana practice, teaching correct alignment and offering Vinyasa flow sequencing to allow you to deepen your practice.
